What do we mean by "Large-Scale Change?"
People all over the world are engaged in large-scale change, with varying degrees of success. What we do is teach the repeatable mechanics and process of change, and the art of how to work effectively with this iterative process in any context. The predictable result? That the change envisioned is the change realized.

Clean Air for the Four Corners
This project was conceived as a broadly representative stakeholder forum to address pressing air quality issues in the Four Corners area and the growing concern that the area would exceed EPA air quality standards.
The highly successful collaborative process over two years involved more than 250 volunteers representing local residents, public interest groups, industry, and local, tribal, state and federal government representatives. Using BE Methods, people with starkly different perspectives were able to work together toward a common end. The result was a 550-page report, collaboratively written, describing 125 mitigation options to protect and advance air quality. This report continues to support the agencies managing air quality and is the basis for ongoing cooperative air quality efforts in the area. A decade later, air quality is still within EPA standards.
