Each person travels through life expanding themselves through greater understanding and self-mastery. This expansion is a continual spiraling outward in experience and existence. The spiral of life represents the notion that we repeatedly face the same core human competencies, folding around ourselves and expanding at the same time through the cycle of change. This is our shared humanity.
Core Human Seven
There are seven core capabilities to human endeavor. Everyone and every endeavor has a mix of ability in these seven. The more expansive these capabilities, the greater the human being. We call it human beingness because we all have the potential for greatness.
The more capability across the seven, the greater the endeavor can (and should) be. We look for the limitation in one or more of the Core Human Seven that are standing in the way of greatness, and we build those. When they're increased, big things happen. It's simple and it works.

Cycle of Change
All change progresses through a set of stages that we refer to as the Cycle of Change. Like the seasons or moon, human change follows a predictable pattern that, when known, can be utilized not only to make change easier, but also to gain greater results from the change.
Knowing the stages of change, being able to recognize the signs of progression, and then supporting people as they advance through them is core to working with change. The more skill people have in this, the greater changes they can handle and the greater contribution to the world they can make.
Change is growth and growth is life.
This means that all of us will face change our whole lives, so the better we are at using the dynamics of change, the more we can learn. And yet, there is no discipline that teaches change. The result is that some people are naturally better at changing, so they generally experience less stress and more joy than those who are not. This is ridiculous.
Our teachings are for everyone who desires to advance change! We call these teachings Companioning Change because we are all in the Cycle of Change, learning as we go, and when we face big endeavor, we need each other to guide, cheer, support and cajole. We are all changing and we are all Change Companions. It's time to master it. Big Endeavor is about that.
