The BE Modules
The BE Change curriculum offers three tracks, each of which contains modules that advance practitioners in multi-disciplinary competencies necessary to working with change. Learners engage the BE Change curriculum at their own pace and in the sequence that serves their needs. BE material is highly experiential and practical. Learners begin with discovery of the BE change concepts and models, applying to their own situations (DISCOVER), then progress to explicit application to a group change project (APPLY), and finally strive to embody BE methods and practice in real-time large-scale change endeavors (EMBODY).
Following are descriptions of some of the modules that are being launched starting in 2017.
